Bio

I am an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Computer Science, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iasi, Romania. I received my PhD from University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, where I worked as a Scientific Collaborator between 2010 and 2014. Previously, I obtained a Master degree in Computer Science at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iasi, Romania in 2009, with the specialization in Distributed Systems. I also had a first appointment as Research Assistant at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University between 2008 and 2010. My current research interests lie in the area of distributed systems.   • Malware in the SGX supply chain: Be careful when signing enclaves! (V. Crăciun, P. Felber, A Mogage, E. Onica, R. Pires) was accepted in IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing.
  • Fair and Efficient Gossip in Hyperledger Fabric (N.Berendea, H. Mercier, E. Onica and E. Rivière) was accepted at ICDCS 2020.
