Call For Papers
We invite papers presenting original and unpublished research in all areas related to Linguistic Resources and Tools for Natural Language Processing. Submitted papers can include descriptions of complete, in progress or theoretical research work; case studies, demos and review papers are also encouraged.
We call for contributions to be presented in the main Conference that range from theoretical and applied linguistics to computational models, resources and technologies related to any language. Research evidencing peculiarities of the Romanian spoken or written language per se or in contrast with other languages or within its idioms, describing multi-word expressions, syntactic and semantic structures, or pragmatic usage, culture-bound or nature-related, the formation of the modern Romanian language, etc. are encouraged.
ReTeRom is a national funded project dedicated to the development of resources and technologies for the expansion of human-machine interfaces in Romanian language. This year, the 3rd project workshop will be organised together with the ConsILR conference, as a closed meeting for the project partners.

Submission
We invite submissions of papers representing original, previously unpublished research. The full papers must be written in English and have 10 or 12 pages, including all text, figures and references, following the ConsILR 2019 template.
All submissions must be submitted online through the EasyChair system.
The deadline for abstract submission has passed, but due to numerous requests, we decided to keep the EasyChair system open even for new submissions until the final paper submission deadline.
The deadline for the full paper submission is September 23, 2019 (AoE).
As in previous years, all papers accepted will be published in a volume at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University Publishing House. Volumes from previous ConsILR editions have been indexed in ISI Proceedings. The volume for ConsilR 2019 edition will also be sent, after the conference, to Clarivate Analytics (former ISI Thomson) in order to be evaluated and indexed accordingly in ISI proceedings.
To ensure high quality, all papers will be thoroughly reviewed by the ConsILR 2019 Program Committee. Papers submitted to other conferences or journals must state this fact. If a paper will appear in another conference or journal, it must be withdrawn from ConsILR2019.
At least one author of each paper must register using the registration form to have the paper published in the ConsILR2019 Proceedings. All accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors.
Fee and registration
The full conference fee is 250 RON (approx. 55 Euro) for early registration (before October 10th), 350 RON (approx. 75 Euro) for late registration and for companies 500 RON (approx. 100 Euro), and it includes: access to conference sessions, conference materials, a copy of the conference volume, coffee breaks, lunch on 19 and 20 November and the festive dinner. The fee is per participant (including long-distance), not per author.
A number of rooms have been booked in the University’s premises for ConsILR participants (details in the Registration Form).
