The IWCC'2001 proceedings will be published by Springer Verlag as a LNCS volume, both printed and in electronic version. Therefore, please prepare your manuscript according to SV instructions, that can be found at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.

English is the workshop language, and please run a spelling and grammar check, in order to avoid annoying errors.

We are expecting to receive these files from you no later than August 15.

Only the papers presented at IWCC'2001 will be published.

Please note that your files should be accompanied by the copyright form signed by you.

As many authors edited 2 colums papers, the final version can have more than 6 pages. However, we relax this condition to a max of 10 pages.

Because Springer Verlag requests 9 weeks for printing the book after the material delivery, we'll have a post-workshop volume. Each author will receive at Mangalia a full workshop volume which will include the current form of the papers, and later the LNCS volume, at no suplimentary cost.
